How do I reserve a room?
You can make a reservation by contacting us at 673 334 7868, drop us an email at reservations@v-plaza.com.bn or via our website booking.

Can I change the check-in date after my reservation has been confirmed?
Yes, you may.

Is my ID or passport required at check-in?
Yes. We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

Can I get my corporate rate when making a reservation online?
When available, corporate rates may be reserved online.

What are the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotel?
Check-in is at 2pm, check-out is at 12noon.

How late is the hotel open for check-in?
The hotel requires notice for late check-in, especially after midnight.

Can your hotel accommodate large groups or overnight guests?
We offers 73 beautifully appointed guest rooms.

How many room categories are available?
We have 4 room categories: Deluxe, Executive, Junior Suite and Penthouse.

Do you have connecting rooms?
Only selected rooms are connected. You may make a request for connecting rooms, however, booking will depend on availability.

What view does each room category offer?
All room categories have either River View or City View.

Do you have room service?
Our 11 Degree Sports Café provides room service to our in-house guests. Last order will be at 2100 hours.

Is there a refrigerator in the room?
Yes. Mini refrigerator units are available in all our rooms.

Is there an electrical kettle in the room?
Yes. Electrical kettle is provided in every room.

Is there air-conditioning in the room?
Yes. All our rooms are air-conditioned.

Does the rooms have balcony?
Yes. Most of our rooms has balcony except for the Deluxe category.

Do you have rooms with a bathtub?
Yes, we do.

Is the bathroom private or shared?
Every room has a private bathroom.

Does the hotel rooms have iron and ironing board?
Yes. There is an iron and board in every room.

Does the hotel provide extra bed?
Yes, we do provide extra bed an additional charge of BND60.00 per night.

Are baby cots available for the rooms?
Baby cots are available on request.

Does the hotel rooms have alarm clock?
Yes. Every room has an alarm clock. We have additional wakeup call service available through our hotel operator.

Do you have hairdryer in the room?
Yes. Hairdryer is equiped in every room.

What TV channels do you offer?
We offer 22 channels of satellite television service, for your entertainment.

Are there telephones available?
Yes. Telephones are avaialble in every room.

 

 

RATES, CANCELLATIONS, CHARGES, PAYMENT

Are the rates quoted inclusive of service charge?
All rates quoted are exclusive of 10% service charge.

What forms of payment are accepted to pay for my room?
We accept all major credit cards. If you would like to check-in to the hotel with cash, we will ask for a deposit depending on howmany nights you are staying with us.

Can I get my corporate rate when making a reservation online?
When available, corporate rates may be reserved online.

Is free breakfast included with the room rates?
Yes. All room rates are inclusive of 2 complimentary breakfasts.

How can I modify my booking? Is there any cancellation policy?
Please contact the hotel to change or cancel your booking. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 1 night full inclusive 10% service charge will be imposed.

Can I pay when I leave?
Yes. You can settle your bill upon departure.

Is the price per person or per room?
The rate is per room night.

What languages does your reception?
English and Malay.

What are the reception staffing hours at V Plaza Hotel?
V Plaza Hotel reception is available to assist you 24 hours a day.

Where will the breakfast be served and what time?
Breakfast buffet is served in the 11 Degree Sports Café from 0630 hours - 1100 hours.

I have special dietary needs. Can you accomodate?
Yes. We are very pleased to advise you that almost all special diet needs can be catered to.

Is the food served in the restaurant "Halal"?
Yes. The food served is "Halal", which complies with Brunei Darussalam's Syariah Law.

Is there a safety deposit box available at the hotel?
Yes, there is a safety deposit box in every guest room, which is large enough to fit most laptop computers. Safety boxes are also available at the Front Desk and it is free of charge for our in-house guests.

What lock and additional security devices on the guestroom doors?
All our buildings and guestrooms require key card access for entry and we have staff available on property 24 hours a day.

Do you have luggage and storage facilities?
In case of early arrival you may leave your luggage at the hotel, also upon your check-out your luggage may be left at the hotel during the whole day.

Can I drop off my bags at the front door?
Yes, certainly. Our Porters or Concierge are here to help your luggage upon arrival, and can store it for you before departure.

How many floors does V Plaza Hotel have and is there an elevator (lift)?
We have 10 floors and 6 lifts.

Do you have internet access available?
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi internet access in all guest rooms and public areas.

Is there a concierge? What specific services are provided by the concierge?
Yes, concierge service is available at our front desk. Our team is well versed with regards to local dining, attractions, transportation arrangements and the national events calendar.

How do I go about getting flowers, chocolates, gifts sent to the room, if I need to?
You may contact our hotel concierge to assist.

Do you have a swimming pool?
No. We do not have swimming pool. Guests who wish to go for a swim should contact the concierge for information on other available facilities nearby.

Do you have a gym?
Yes. We have a fitness center.

Do you have laundry services?
Yes. Leave your laundry with us.

Is there babysitting service available?
Yes, we do have babysitting service available on request. Please inform us at least 1 day in advance.

Do you provide plug adapters?
We can provide plug adapters.

Does the hotel allow pets?
Unfortunately not.

Can guest smoke in your hotel?
Our hotel is a smoke-free property, but there are designated smoking areas.

Do you have internet access available?
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi internet access in all guest rooms and public areas.

Is there any cell phone coverage at the property?
Yes.

Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?
International Currency Exchange services are available at the front desk in the main lobby. The Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) is located at the ground floor of the hotel.

Is there a Business Center in the Hotel?
Our business centre is open from 9am to 5pm daily.

Does the hotel have a meeting and conference room available for corporate functions?
Yes. We have meeting and conference center with ample parking. Do contact us for more information and booking concerns.

What services are available for corporate functions?
Internet - both Wi-Fi and wired - is free. Video Conferencing capability, catering, business amenities such as various-size table, meeting guest chair are designed to be comfortable for less than 6 hours at a time! You are welcome to use your own audio / visual or submit a request to us in oder for our team to facilitate your equipment set up.

Can I send a fax from the hotel?
Yes. Fax facilities are situated at the front desk. Please keep in mind that the hotel will impose charge for usage of the fax machine.

Do you have valet parking?
Yes, we offer valet service. We also offer complimentary ample parking.

Do you have disbaled parking?
Yes, our disable parking bay around the hotel is limited.

Do you have taxi / cab available?
Taxis are available and can be arranged through our front desk. A 30 minutes grace period is requested.

Can you arrange for airport transfer / pick up? How much will it be?
Yes. If you wish to be collected from the airport upon arrival, please get in touch with us in advance or send your inquiry to reservations@v-plaza.com.bn and provide us your complete flight details, your name and your phone number. Transportation will then be arranged and the rate will be confirmed upon request.

Our concierge team will be happy to assist you!

What is the distance to the nearest Hospital?
The national hospital - the Suri Seri Begawan Hospital - is 3km away from the Hotel. It takes about 5 minutes by road.

How far is the hotel from the downtown shopping areas?
We are just within 2 km or 10 minutes walking distance to the downtown shopping areas.

Are you close to the theatre / entertaiment venue?
It will take 15 - 20 minutes by road to the entertainment venue.

Is there a dress code in your hotel and restuarants?
The dress code in our hotel, restaurants and public areas is smart casual.
